A house for an extended family of three households on a tight site. Two wings are split by a circulation spine and a central void for privacy, each with sub-bedrooms that adapt as the children grow — from sharing with parents to fully independent rooms. A central court distributes garden and daylight to every room, while hidden stairs let each family rise straight to its own zone. The calm massing is sharpened by a curved brick wall thrusting toward the street.
