รีโนเวทอาคารเก่าให้เป็นคาเฟ่ แบ่งสามโซน: ร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ และพื้นที่วิ่งเล่นสำหรับเด็ก เน้นประหยัดงบโดยคงโครงสร้างเดิมทั้งหมด ปรับพื้นบางส่วนเป็นสวนเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศก่อนเข้าสู่พื้นที่ค้าขาย คงกลิ่นอายและวัสดุเดิมบางส่วนไว้ เปิดหลังคาโถงทางเข้าให้แสงลอดผ่านใบไม้ ใช้วัสดุโปร่งแสงให้เห็นต้นไม้แบบเลือนลาง และเปิดช่องแสงใหญ่จากด้านบนสร้างอิมแพคแสง

An old building renovated into a café, zoned into a restaurant, a coffee bar, and a children’s play area. Budget was kept low by retaining the entire existing structure; part of the floor became a garden that resets the mood before entering the retail space. Traces of the original material and character are preserved, the entrance-hall roof is opened so light filters through foliage, translucent materials reveal the trees in soft silhouette, and a large skylight delivers dramatic daylight.
